Thermal Comfort Homes (TCH) is a Western Australian owned and operated building company, established in 2008, specialising in the design and construction of energy-efficient homes, offices, accommodation units and commercial developments. Operating throughout Western Australia, we have extensive experience delivering quality building solutions across metropolitan, regional and remote communities.

Originally established to provide quality residential and Indigenous housing in remote parts of WA, TCH has grown to meet the state’s evolving construction and accommodation needs. Today, our projects extend across residential housing, multi-unit developments, commercial buildings, hotels, resorts and short-term accommodation.

Since our establishment, we have successfully constructed more than 50 individual homes, alongside numerous multi-unit developments and commercial projects.

One of our key strengths is our ability to offer flexible construction solutions tailored to each project’s requirements. We specialise in Modular, Transportable and Traditional Site-Built Construction, allowing us to identify the most practical and cost-effective approach for each development.

Modular and transportable construction offers significant advantages, particularly in remote locations where labour availability, access to qualified trades and logistical costs can present challenges. Our controlled construction environments help maintain quality, improve efficiencies and minimise on-site works. Alternatively, our established network of local and regional tradespeople enables us to successfully deliver traditional site-built projects across Western Australia.
